| In vitro | Proteinase K digestion1. Cells are resuspended in lysis bufferand finally lysed on ice for 15 minutes.2. The crude lysates are obtained by centrifugation at 4°C for 15 minutes. Proteinase K is added to a 20 µl aliquot to get the final concentrations of 2, 4 and 8 µg/ml. Reactions are carried out at 37°C for 30 minutes. The accuracy of these methods have not been independently confirmed. They are for reference only. |
