体外研究	p-Nitrophenyl α-L-arabinopyranoside 与 rBgaA 的亲和度 K_m 值为 6.06 mM。 p-Nitrophenyl α-L-arabinopyranoside 对 xylosidase–arabinosidase (xarB) 基因具有高活性。 p-Nitrophenyl α-L-arabinopyranoside 在酶活性检测中的应用 (1) 200 µL 2 mM p-Nitrophenyl α-L-arabinopyranoside、100 µL 酶、300 µL 50 mM 磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH 7.0)，在 37℃ 下共孵育 0.5、1 和 5 h。 (2) 加入 400 µL 0.5 M 氢氧化钠，终止反应。 (3) 在 405 nm 处测量混合物的吸光度。注：在人参皂苷存在的情况下，用丁醇萃取终止反应。 The accuracy of these methods have not been independently confirmed.
